The RUS ART production company became an operator of the Programme development of tour activities of theaters of the Russian Federation which is conducted by the Ministry if Culture of the Russian Federation within the Federal Special Programme “Culture of Russia (2012-2018)”.

RUS ART coordinates tours of Russian theaters the third year already. By every year the program and the geography of tours are expanding. In 2013 the Programme includes 31 participating theatre from different regions of Russia, including the Far-Eastern Federal District and republics of Northern Caucasus. Theatres-participants of the Program will show 301 performance in more than 58 cities and different settlements of the Russian Federation, including those where no stationary theatre building. Thanks to the Program of Development of Tour Activity acting through all territory of Russia, the audience in will see performances from other cities. The total number of spectators will make not less than 1 million people.

For the implementation of the Programme, the Advisory Council of the Ministry of Culture of the Russian Federation selected the most interesting applications of theaters from all over Russia. As a result a rich and varied program of touring was composed. It represents all genres of the contemporary Russian theater. Famous theaters of Russia realize an exchange of their best performances of last seasons: the Novosibirsk "Red Torch", the Yaroslavl Fyodor Volkov Drama Theater, the Irkutsk N.P.Ohlopkov Drama Theater, the Chelyabinsk Nahum Orlov Theatre of Drama and others.
