In framework of the development of the cultural cooperation between Russia and the Republic of Korea, with support of the Ministry of Culture of the Russian Federation, in June 2013 at Seoul Arts Center will take place the premiere of the "Tchaikovsky" ballet by choreographer Boris Eifman.
In framework of the development of the cultural cooperation between Russia and the Republic of Korea, with support of the Ministry of Culture of the Russian Federation, in June 2013 at Seoul Arts Center will take place the premiere of the "Tchaikovsky" ballet by choreographer Boris Eifman.
To work on the revival of the performance (the play was staged by Boris Eifman in the Korean National Ballet in 2009, but for a long time it was not performed) jointly with the Korean National Ballet, the company RUS ART sent Oleg Paradnik and Olga Kalmykova teachers-coaches from the St. Petersburg State Boris Eifman Ballet Theatre.
The premiere of the "Tchaikovsky" performance will take place on June 28, 29 and 30.
The aim of the project is to promote modern Russian choreography in the Korea, in particular the presentation of a unique authors choreography by Boris Eifman, outstanding Russian and worldwide famous choreographer, as well as the expansion of international cultural relations between Russia and South Korea, the acquisition of new partner contacts.
